Returns and Exchanges

Discount Tri Supply guarantees that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case we accept returns on all items (excluding nutrition). The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless Discount Tri Supply is at fault. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund (shipping cost is not included in the return).

  • All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Discount Tri Supply Does not allow returns on Nutrition items. We do this for the safety of our
  • customers.
  • No restocking fee will be charged on returned items. We do this as a service to our customers,
  • and do not feel that re stocking fees are fair to the customer.
  • Refunds will be given in full minus actual shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. Discount Tri Supply also cannot be held
  • responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
  • Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often
  • this may take up to one month. Discount Tri Supply does not accept COD’s on returns.
  • If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order.
  • Please check the date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not
  • process.
  • If you paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks after the return is processed to
  • receive your refund check.
  • If you are sizing shoes or clothing, please don’t wear outside. Try them on in the comfort of your
  • home. Please don’t bolt cleats on the shoes, or wash clothing if you are thinking of returning. Shoes or
  • Clothing that show obvious signs of use cannot be returned to Discount Tri Supply.
  • Please include all original packaging that came with the product (tags, boxes, and packing
  • material).
  • Please note that returns will be accepted on unopened Electronics only (HRMs, GPS units,
  • power meters, bike computers, videos or DVDs). If it has been opened, it can only be exchanged if the
  • item is defective and only for another of the same product.
  • Due to the nature of wetsuits we ask that you are VERY careful while trying them on. We
  • accept wetsuit returns if there are no signs of fingernail punctures and is still in new condition.

Bicycle Return Policy

  1. Please do not cut any steerer tube or seat post until you know the bike is the correct size.
  2. If you have any questions on bike sizing please give us a call and talk to one of our fit specialists.
  3. Please package bike in the same condition as when you received it. If you need any help with this please contact us.
